CHEAP ART SALE: Iowa City

It's a cheap art bazaar for local artists to sell their work. There will be nothing hung on the walls (tables only (6' per artist), swap-meet-style) and it is ONE AFTERNOON ONLY! Anyone wishing to participate must contact PS1 and reserve a spot by May 1st (we'll have space available on a first-come, first serve basis...). There is no fee to hawk your work (students & community members equally welcome) and you can price your work how you see fit. The only thing we ask is for a donation of 20% of any money made during the event (honor system rules) to go to PS1/Z.

This is a fundraiser for artists and the spaces that support them. Please contact John Engelbrecht (john@publicspaceone.com; 319.331.8893) for more info and to reserve a spot! This event is not about "how much your stuff goes for" but "how can you can get work to others who will appreciate it." Needless to say, we anticipate some ridiculous deals and swapping is encouraged!

There will also be treats for sale for direct PS1 funding.
